This policy explains how Deon Menezes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use deonmenezes.com, subscribe to the newsletter, or interact with the Deon Tech Instagram Automation service.

Information we process

We process the email address you choose to submit when joining the newsletter. The Instagram automation may also process information made available through Meta’s Instagram Graph API, including:

• Instagram media identifiers and comments on connected professional-account posts;
• comment text, commenter usernames or identifiers, and timestamps;
• message recipient identifiers and delivery status; and
• limited operational records needed to prevent duplicate replies and diagnose errors.

How we use information

We use newsletter email addresses to send the updates you requested and manage subscriptions. Instagram information is used only to identify requested keywords, send the requested resource by Instagram message, prevent duplicate messages, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

How information is shared

Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Resend, our email delivery provider. Instagram information is exchanged with Meta as necessary to operate messaging and comment features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to secure the service. We do not otherwise disclose it to unrelated third parties.

Retention and security

We retain your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Operational records are retained only for as long as needed to run, secure, and troubleshoot the automation, then deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your email address or information associated with your Instagram interaction. See our data deletion instructions for the request process.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
